How to Create Essential Life Balance

Hi Beautiful,  I don’t know about you, but at times it appears that everything is working against us to have peace and harmony in our lives. COVID impacts and cultural issues have become some of the top concerns we think about daily. Despite the worries that face us each day, we can create that harmony and peace that we need by being mindful of the six dimensions of Health and Wellness and planning how we take care of ourselves each day.   When people mention that they are taking care of themselves, they usually bucket this into eating well and exercise. Those are important, and they are 2 of the dimensions of Health and Wellness, but adding the other four and making them equally important will help create the essential balance you need. To help you plan and tap into these areas each day, I designed the To Living Your Blessed Life Journal and Planner to support you. The planning aspects, health checks, self-care planning, and tools included help you plan smart weekly and daily to manage essential tasks and achieve your goals. The Six Dimensions of Health and Wellness:
  1. Emotional Wellness – your ability to understand emotions and cope with problems or stressors in everyday life.
  2. Intellectual Wellness – having an open mind and the ability to entertain new ideas.
  3. Spiritual Wellness – the ability to understand your personal values and beliefs, thus creating harmony and balance.
  4. Occupational Wellness – feeling a sense of accomplishment related to what you do that contributes positively to your life or others.
  5. Social Wellness – developing healthy social relationships, communicating, and enjoying others.
  6. Physical Wellness – choices support positive health outcomes, such as regular exercise, a well-balanced diet, informed health decisions.
